Audience: Motorsports enthusiasts/athletes, travelers, and energy drink enjoyers.
Purpose: Advertisement for RedBull
Style: Dramatic/Direct
For this assignment, I had to brainstorm an AD campaign concept centered around a theme, a product, and a concept of my choice.
I chose RedBull.
Typography
I chose Roboto for its clean, modern, and highly legible appearance. Its minimal sans-serif form does complement the bold product photography without competing for attention.
1st Design
I wanted the background to shift from lighter gray to a darker gray/black so the colorful cans contrast effortlessly. What didn’t fit in with the advertisement is the gray typography.
2nd Design
The typography is still slightly too dark for what I wanted. Instead, I wanted all of the viewer’s attention on the product.
